Yes. The level of integration depends on your selected service tier. With Maintenance Valet, your dedicated coordinator works directly inside your system. Completed work orders are recorded back into your software across all of our service tiers.
What happens outside business hours?+
We cover the hours you need, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Calls and maintenance requests are handled according to your service tier and your rules.
Do we have to change vendors?+
