Abodea is the first to create a maintenance coordination solution to provide relief for property managers of long-term and short-term rentals, investors, and community associations who are on call 24/7. We recognized the need for a professional, trustworthy solution to address tenant maintenance calls quickly and efficiently, and make our clients lives less stressful. Our services allow customers to enjoy a work/life balance appreciating personal time with friends and family, while dedicating professional hours to business growth.
Our company founders are current and former property managers, current investors in rental properties, and managers of community associations. Collectively, the Abodea team has over 300 years of experience in being on call every day. We know what it’s like to tend to a sewer backup on Christmas Day, toilets clogged by kids toys, and a furnace that goes out on the coldest day of the year.
Our professional coordinators specialize in engaging tenants to proactively resolve maintenance issues mitigating both the frequency and cost of dispatching emergency service vendors. We want to be more than a vendor to our customers we want to be viewed as an extension of your business.
MEET OUR TEAM

Matt Simons
Matt Simons is the General Manager for Abodea. He oversees operations for all internal business units. Matt joined Abodea as a consultant in May of 2017 and brings 20 years of experience with contact center operations, marketing, sales, and change management strategy to the company. His professional focus has been on enhancing the performance of customer sales, support, and service delivery initiatives. Matt graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science. He and his wife currently reside in Utah where they enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Jodi Dutton
Jodi Dutton leads Abodea?s Virtual Office division. In that role, she oversees our Gold Service Level programs and our Customer Support team. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Jodi attended the Nebraska College of Business, where she earned an associate degree. She has worked in the property management industry for 17 years ? first in bookkeeping and then in general management. Jodi joined Abodea in April of 2012. Her industry experience, business acumen, and team-building skills allowed for rapid advancement into leadership roles. Now a resident of Colorado, Jodi enjoys motorcycle riding, boating and spending time with her family.

Bianca Belandres
Bianca Belandres joined Abodea?s customer service team in June 2016. It did not take long before her experience and aptitude for leading contact center operations was recognized. She was promoted to her management role in 2017. Though Bianca and Rudy Solano collaborate on all aspects of managing Abodea?s contact center, she places an additional focus on expanding our quality assurance, workforce planning, and training initiatives. Originally from Manila, Bianca earned a B.S. in Education ? English. Prior to joining Abodea, she worked as an ESL trainer. Bianca currently lives in Imus, Cavite with her son, where they enjoy watching Netflix and participating in community events.

Monica Hubbard
Monica Hubbard joined Abodea in March 2017. She brings 20 years of experience in supply chain management operations and manufacturing engineering, where she specialized in process design and improvement for several large corporations. Monica?s expertise with infrastructure development, web-based technologies, and managing cross-functional teams makes her an essential member of Abodea?s leadership group. Monica attended the University of Kansas and the University of Colorado (B.S. Business Administration, B.S. Mathematics). Originally from Colorado Springs, she currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband and children. Monica spends her free time working with friends as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She also enjoys the outdoors and being a football mom.

Davin Kelley
Davin Kelley accepted the role of Sales and Business Development Manager with Abodea in October of 2018. He has over 20 years of experience working in sales, contact center management, and entrepreneurial positions. In addition to being charged with growing Abodea?s customer base, Davin is an instrumental member of our marketing strategy, product development, and customer support teams. He attended both the College of Eastern Utah and Weber State University, earning a B.S. in Public Relations. Davin currently lives in Utah with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, family time and meeting new faces.
