Our standard, on-call services allow us to answer your evening, weekend, and holiday calls, problem-solve with residents to minimize damage and avoid overtime service calls, determine if a true emergency exists, dispatch your vendors if one does, monitor and follow-up on the contractor response, and inform you of any actions taken.
SILVER: 24/7 Call Answering, Holidays,Triage All Calls, Dispatch Emergencies Only
We provide our on-call services to your tenants 24x7x365?even non-emergencies. Additionally, we dispatch all emergency calls, but leave it to you to arrange non-emergency service. We eliminate the distractions so that office hours can be spent growing your business rather than tending to maintenance issues.

Offers the Silver program?s 24x7x365 scope of support, but includes additional services like non-emergency dispatch, non-emergency follow-up with tenants and vendors, and comprehensive work order data entry (in your preferred platform).? Further, Silver Plus?s ?Non-Emergency Dispatch Policy Guide? allows you to customize the manner and degree to which Abodea will handle non-emergency work orders.? You define the issues that are or are not the tenant?s responsibility. ?We?ll handle the work order (and tenant communications) accordingly.
